I created this board for Morenda. She was looking for a nice way to display information about her places at the hub.

This a board which can contain 6 pages of information, residents can browse these pages and learn more about the subject. It is a releative simple, yet powerful way to communicate info.

You get the board (copyable) with textures explaining how to use the board itself.

Depending on what you are looking for you get either enthusiast or with disappointment:
YES! You can create your own textures and display them.

or

FUCK! I got to create textures for using this one.

You configure the board by editing its configuration notecard, in which you do things as specifying what is the UUID of the texture you want to use.

That is perhaps not for all, but it is also not that hi-tech nerdy. I think it is something you should be able to do when running a SL business.

If you cannot or do not want to create textures...this is not the device for you.

There are quite a few good graphical designers active in SL. You could use their services, or you get creative yourself.

It is fun, making nice things, try yourself! And make some pretty nice boards informing your visitors. That's so much better than dropping a notecard or a black texture with text.
