Credits Freeplay

With Credits Freeplay you play for free to win game credits. These game credits you can use to play for free on any paid game within the same region. Simple, if you win e.g. L$50 on Credits Freeplay, then the first L$50 you play on paid games is for free.

Your credits remain valid for a month, and you can save them up. Each region has a Game Credit Account Manager which you can click to look up how many credits you have in that region.

The contest runs for 18 hours after a first player beats the initial score. That player becomes the leader and his score the high score. When someone else during the 18 hours reaches a score higher than the high score, he becomes the leader and his score the high score.

When a game is played during the last hour of the contest, the timer sets back to one hour to go.

The one who is the leader when the contest ends wins the credits. Then a new round starts.

Some tips ..

  • Credits you win are given in the region you win them in. Thus you might also want to play credits freeplay contests in the region in which you like to play paid games most.
  • Each contest shows a leader score, an amount to win and a time left. Choose a beneficial one. On a contest with a high amount and still a lot of time left you might need a rather high score to ensure victory. On a contest with a lower amount competition is less fierce.
  • Don't overlook the other regions. It can be worth teleporting (simply use the links above) to find a nice contest with little competition.
  • Start the timers. Wouldn't it be great if a contest ends during the time you are on-line so that you can play to win it. If a contest is finished, the new one starts when someone beats the rather lowish minimum score. If that is you, now, then it ends tomorrow, this time. That is more beneficial for you than when it ends tomorrow somewhere deep at your night.
  • Practice! Become good at the games. You can find all manuals at this site and it is freeplay so you can practice a lot. The difference in scores between educated players and beginners is huge.
  • Be gentle to other players, they are a good thing. You will see contests offering less or more credits over time. The budget for freeplay is determined by the traffic it generates. Another player might win the contest you was hoping to win, but his presence also helps keeping the pots high.
  • Play these games you like most. You are most likely better at games you love playing than at games you only play for the L$. You log in to Second Life to have a good time, playing what you like can be utterly helpful in achieving that.
